I practice a variation of Community Acupuncture that I call “Group Acupuncture” where I see fewer patients at greater intervals of time so that when needed, I’m able to spend more time to insure that each individuals’ needs are addressed. I generally provide acupuncture in a group setting at a more affordable price.
Group Acupuncture is where/when acupuncture treatments are provided to multiple people (Usually 3-4 ) in the same room, at the same time. Treatments typically begin 20-30 minutes apart and last 45-75 minutes. New/1st time patients begin with a private 30-45 minute Initial Consultation.
Group Acupuncture effectively allows a few people to share the cost of the Acupuncturist’s time: lowering the cost for all. Treatment is provided in recliner chairs in a relaxed “living room” like setting.
Soft music provides background ambiance while all the patients resting quietly together creates a healing environment for all.
